A cheated husband who had published details of his wife's affair on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as been cleared of wrongdoing.
The plumber who had used social media sites to expose his wife's affair with her millionaire boss has been cleared of harassing Tim Haynes - ex director of City insurance firm Guy Carpenter.
This is the first time that such a case in being assessed in court.

Mr Puddick found out about his wife affair after reading a text message on her phone a wanted to tell the world about the man she was seeing at the time, her old boss. He published details on various sites and most of them have now been removed.
Mr Puddick is now back with his wife and the couple seems very happy. Mr Puddick said he will now concentrate on getting his married life on track.
